Placing an Order
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding product to your cart. You will create an account that will store your personal information (i.e. name, email and shipping address), so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account. You have the option to sign in or skip giving this information.
Please be sure to measure your pet before placing an order. Go to the Measure me page and be sure to follow directions. IF you need help, please dont hesitate to contact us.

PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks
Checks must clear bank before shipping (5-10 days).
There will be a $30.00 charge on any returned checks.
PAYPAL ONLY FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS. Orders outside the USA will require an additional shipping amount. Please DO NOT pay until I have calculated shipping. I will send a new Paypal invoice.

Optional insurance (in USA only) is $2.65 up to $50, $3.05 for $50.01 - $100, $3.45 for $100.01 - $200. We will not responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged by USPS. ~~~~Shipping in the USA is free except for:

There will be an aditional charge for Embroidered Towels, Sweat shirts and Blankets.
You will receive a confirmation email with your total amount due.

Returns
We do not accept returns on items unless your item has a defect. This applies only because we fill your order as soon as you place it with us. If you have ordered the wrong size contact us, We may be able to alter the item, "no promises" but we will let you know. Also we do charge a small fee for this service & you will be responsible for the shipping on all returns.
